We’re still not quite out of the woods yet as far as the cold air and snow goes. Another ‘Clipper’ type storm will move quickly through Minnesota on Friday spreading some light snow or flurries along the way. Temperatures will still be warm enough to keep the roads mainly wet, but there could be some light accumulation again on the grass and rooftops. (kstp.com)

Here we go again! You might want to prepare yourself for a slow commute Thursday morning. Light snow will be spreading across the state Wednesday night, with an inch or two possible by noon on Thursday. Most roadways will remain wet with temperatures hovering right around the freezing point, but side streets will get a little icy. Most of the accumulating snow will be on grassy areas and rooftops, but if the snow falls fast enough early Thursday some roads could get accumulations as well. (kstp.com)

We have had our first 32 temperature officially in the Twin Cities this morning. Widespread 20s and low 30s are ending the growing season across the state with a hard freeze out in Western Minnesota.
Expect sunshine today with highs near 50 degrees before a cold front swings through the state tonight. This front should bring the first flakes of the season for many areas in Minnesota late tonight and tomorrow morning with the possibility of a light coating on grassy areas. (kstp.com)
